SL/R231: Headlight cleaning

Headlight cleaning
So my headlight got filled with coolant. Its all dry now and after a module replacement is fully functional except a screeching noise every time it tries to adjust itself. So question of the day. How to remove the lens of it to clean dry coolant marks from the inside. Or are there any tricks to get to the back of it without removing the lens. I called a few custom headlight shops and they say that its sealed with one of the best sealants out there and that they cut the plastic to get into it so baking open isnt an option. I tried pocking sealant with the heated up screw driver and it doesn't melt it at all so German quality all around. Did anyone have any luck removing the front lens from the headlight? And a second question is there any chance to get to gears that move the light to maybe lube it so it stops screeching everytime it moves?
