While cleaning the rear window I pushed down on the roll top and displaced several of the sections. has anyone encountered this? Looking for any advice on how I can repair it. I can only open the the roll top about an inch. I am hoping the cover pops off so I can get to the bottom of the roll top. thanks

I had the same thing happen last year when the window tint fellow put his knee on the top.
Yes, The cover pops off and you have to manipulate the roll top back into the track with your fingers or a long tool like a screwdriver. Take your time and be patient and it will finally go back together.
