Goodbye ICE SL

Buy your new SL before 2025 if you want an ICE vehicle.

Personally, I think they just stopped making the SL with the last one that rolled off the line months ago.. To me, a four seater cloth top vehicle (among other changes) is not an SL....the roadster is no more.

They can stamp out some SL plastic letters and stick them on the trunk,, but that does not make it the SL in my eyes. I could go buy some AMG letters and stick them on the vehicle, but it is not going to be an AMG.

I applaud the company for moving to a more environmentally friendly offering. All you have to do is watch the news with the changing climate causing floods and fires and appreciate the Mercedes investment in the engineering needed. If anybody can develop the tech needed, they can. Way to go Benz!!!
