SL/R231: FRONT COVER LEAK 2015 ???

SL550 - 231
FRONT COVER LEAK 2015 ???
My local Mercedes Specialist repair shop said the Front Cover is leaking. They quoted 6.9 hours to replace.
REMOVE AND REPLACE FRONT COVER BOLTS, SOLENOID, SOLENOID O RINGS AND INTAKE SEALS, CLEAN AREA IN REINSTALL IN BACKWARDS ORDER AND VERIFY LEAK IS NO LONGER PRESENT

Is that common, and do the hours seem reasonable?

I don't think that's to far off the mark. What the mileage out of interest.
