Coding out TCS
Hi Guys,
I've just had my car stage 1 remapped, Really enjoying the blistering speed and acceleration that the car now has.
Two small things that bug me; the fact the car will auto-shift even in manual mode if you break traction or hit the rev limiter and not being able to fully turn off the TCS unless in rolling road mode.
The other thing that lets the car down was the heavily delayed throttle response however the remap seems to of sped this up dramatically.
Has anyone on here managed to code this out or sort the auto shifting?
Thanks

I have never seen a solution in person for this. I’ve read internet claims of modding control units with relays, diodes, jumpers and other kludges. But have yet to see something actually working.
There are some transmission “tuners” and that may be something to look at.
This is why sometimes the SL63 can be a better fit for folks.
Dyno mode works if you don’t mind going old school. no ABS or other electronic aids.
Good Luck
