I love this look! I wish MB set the running lights like this from the factory. As it stands those lower white LED lights can be on while driving, OR the yellow lights above can be on, but not both. The look with both looks soooo slick to me. Yes, your opinion may vary and that’s fine.
I also realize that both top and bottom lights are on when the headlights are on, however it is not the same look as my example, because there is wash out when the bright headlight are on.
Whenever it is not dark enough for headlights, or it it is early enough that it is not supper sunny, but no longer dark of night I only ride with those yellow lights on. Much better look.
I can’t believe there are not hacks online to change the lighting on these without replacing the entire lights. I also wish there was a way/hack to turn the amber light white like newer MB. These cars have been around long enough that there is usually a mod for the lights by now.

I believe the Euro Headlights are white and as @Wolfman mentioned, the tail lights might be too.
I will check, but even with the white running light that won’t fix the both lights on when I’m running mode. I guess one option is better than no option.
I don’t see @Wolfman posting in this thread. When did he type what you said?? Nevermind, I saw an old post. Still looking at options. I think the low number of sales didn't prompt makers to create many aftermarket things. I saw Euro headlights for $5k. I just started laughing.
