SL/R231: Trunk Panel Replacement

Trunk Panel Replacement
Greeting all! The car is a 2014 SL550. Has anyone found aftermarket pieces for the inside of the trunk? There are three plastic parts one of which has the red button to get the top out of the way to access the trunk. That's the left side. There is a mirror image part on the right (sans button) and a center piece. These parts have been scratched beyond heat gun repair and the clip mounts have been broken off so they are somewhat loose.
Any sources or am I stuck with the OE parts?

They do make aftermarket trunk mats but thats about it.

Thanks for the quick reply. I meant the 3 panels inside the trunk but I suppose the answer is the same. Dealer only. Pics would help but the car is out of reach right now.
