Audio on with drivers door open
Is there a way to prevent the stereo turning off when you open the driver's door (key off).
With the BMW, the system stays on for 10-15 min after you shut down the engine. If you lock the car, then it shuts down.
Just curious, as I like the BMW operation format.

Every car I have owned and opened the door after the engine had been shut off has turned off the radio as soon as the door opened. Same with window controls. Soon as the door opens the windows stay wherever they are at that moment. Sitting in the car after turning off the car still allows window control for a certain amount of minutes. I had a few BMWs 100 years ago, but can't remembered what they did.
