SL450
Android Auto

Hi,
Have anyone used android auto with the SL successfully? I have a 2018 SL450 and have been using apple CarPlay without any problems. last week, I traded in my iPhone and got an Motorola razr+, and can't seem to connect to my car with Android auto; keep getting no device connect msg. according to my build sheet, it was a standard option for the 2018 model.

Does anyone know if this is something that requires a trip to the dealer and the cost to turn it on since my original warranty has already expired.

Thanks.

I just got a 2018 SL550 last week and my Galaxy S21 hooked right up. Are you using a USB cable in the AA port in the console?

I just bought my 2017 SL450 in November, and when I set up my Samsung Galaxy to connect, I had to tell my phone to auto start Android auto, and then tell Android Auto to auto connect.
If I remember correctly, the first time I connected, I had to tell my phone it was ok to connect and all that stuff.
Now Once I plug in the phone to the cord I then can select Android auto in Command and it just connects.
