Dealer window sticker or build sheet
I’m looking at a 2013 sl550 from the features it has I can kinda see what options it has but a build sheet actually I think would be clearer the dealership is saying they can’t do anything more than 8 years old. Does anyone know a way to source a factory build sheet window sticker. I do have the vin and have done a vin decode. From the brochure I can see it has

They make auto trunk closers for our cars? You might mean a button on the remote? But maybe you are just talking about the normal trunk close buttons in the rear?
I always wondered why we couldn't do that with the remote and had to use the feet kick below the car, or trunk button above to close it..

Electronic trunk closer
You are correct about using the button on the inside of the trunk lid to close the trunk but the function also is accessible by pressing the trunk opener button on lower driver door. You must press and hold the button down to get it to close the trunk, just the opposite of pulling up and holding it to open the trunk.
