SL/R231: Radio and clock issue, help upgrade software?

Radio and clock issue, help upgrade software?
I have a 2013 SL550.
Years ago around 2017 the dealer upgraded software and since then the clock can not be adjusted other than at 15 minute intervals. Can not change the minutes.
Also, while bluetooth for Apple works fine ( bluetooth not car play) the bluetooth audio keeps pausing for me with my android phone. It works, just keeps pausing making me unpause to keep the song playing. Since apple works fine on the car, and my phone works fine with other cars, I am thinking it is software related.
So..
Anyone else have these issues?
If software, how can I upgrade? Can i do it without going to the dealer? I do not have a good dealer near me... and it would be nice if I could do it on my own anyway.
