Hi can anyone tell me how to change the fuel filter on my 2013 SL 350

I believe UK cars will be the same as US cars. Unfortunately, the fuel filter is in the gas tank.
If you’re still inclined to tackle it, I’m sure one of us can find the U.S. WIS section for you….

Yes it's definitely in the fuel tank! Lot of work to get out and the fuel level needs to be quite low to do. Mine was done by the dealer on a service care contract.
