SL/R232: Automatic Door locking?

Automatic Door locking?
When I approach my SL with my key in my pocket, the doors automatically unlock and the handle is presented to me.
But, when I walk away the door do not automatically lock. Is there a way to make this happen?

Great point, they really don’t unlike for example my BMW ALPINA. I am going to call the “ genius” at my dealership.

Ok I see that people keep missing the point, He asking for the doors to automatically or auto LOCK, NOT Unlock people.. and yes it does happen with mine too I have to either hit the bottom on the door handle or pressed the key to lock it which is annoying coming from a BMW M8 which had this feature.. also why the SL dont have soft closing/or suction doors another annoying thing about the SL..
