SL/R232: Base Burmester Sound System

Base Burmester Sound System
I have a 2022 SL6 with the base Burmester sound and the quality is really bad and I cannot get any Bass, no matter the setting. Does anyone have helpful hints on getting decent sound out of the system?

Maybe take it in, the sub might not be connected up? I'm pleased with the base Burmester system, including the rumble that it makes when I get into the car - I thought that it would get old, but I continue to like it and it has no shortage of BASS

I think the base Burmester is the best sound system I've ever had in a car. It's much better than the 5K optional Burmester system in a 911.

Does your system have the latest 2.4 software update? Is the hardware working properly? Have you talked to your dealer?
