Yep, it is a COMPLETE ripoff, but it's a great system and I used it all the time.
It is a magnet under the rear bumper (at least for a 19 Vantage), completely out of sight and works perfectly. Here's a pic courtesy of Amazon:
If you happen to already have a CTEK/JMR tender, you can just buy the AMR attachment, again . . . a complete rip off, but I did it anyway
