EPA estimates for city driving is 13 mpg. I’m not getting close to that in my 2022-55, more like 8-10mpg. Has anyone here calculated their mileage, city and highway? If so can you please chime in?

I am getting 15-18mpg in town, low 20’s on the highway. Mainly computer generated and displayed mpg figures, but the odometer and gas pump count are very close to computer driven numbers.

I am 15.8 mpg in the city, average over like a thousand miles. Not sure on the highway, don’t do much. When I do it isn’t at the 75mph speed.

The EPA city driving cycles have lots of extended stops to favor engine start/stop and they use very moderate driving styles. It's all in your lead foot. You don't get the city EPA estimates unless you drive like a grandma. Car is heavy, so unless you accelerate very gradually, upsetting everybody behind you, around 10 mpg is more like it. Anyway, who pays attention to mpg with a V8 performance car. Wrong car if gas mileage matters to you.

For reference, ran an errand today with my lighter '19 C63S coupe. Mix highway/city, 17.1 miles, average speed 24 mph, average consumption about 13 mpg according to the trip information in the Mercedes me app. That's pretty typical, but I also drive quite spirited and see averages for similar trips as low as 10-11 mpg. It's smiles per gallon with these cars, not miles per gallon ;-).
