560SL misfire

My 88 560SL runs well up to 2000 RPM, but misses very heavily over this. If I accelerate hard then it is worse as well. Not sure if it is fuel or HT leads-any suggestions? Car has 130000KM on.

560 SL miss

You may have ignition cable problems but having said that I would check the fuel injection first. Cables can be expensive.
