SL/R107: 560 SL, Spedo and Radio not working

560 SL
560 SL, Spedo and Radio not working
After installing a new battery the radio will come on with no volume and will not lock onto station. The Speedometer worked before putting into storage (2yrs) Is there a senser or do I need to replace?
