'89 560sl stalls after start-up.
When I turn the key on I hear the fuel pump kick on, the car will start but then the pump stops and the car stalls. the electric signal to the pump stops just before the car stalls. If I run a hot wire to the pump the car will stay running. I replaced the relay and it worked fine for 2 days, about 150 miles then started cutting out and the idle seemed a bit high and by the time I returned home was back to the same, only running for a couple seconds. The tach is also acting up, bouncing from 0 on up. Does anyone have any ideas?
