Question Wheels

Anyone have 17" wheels on their 107? I am looking for newer wheels to put on my SLC but don't know if 17s would be way out of place on the car. I have seen a few with 16" factory wheels but there are some really good deals online for 17" wheel and tire packages.

I had a 73' 450SL a few years ago, I put Chrome AMG Aero1 3 pc. replicas on it. They were 17" X 7.5" ET 20 or 25 ( cant remember). Tires were 235/45's and I think they looked great.

Thanks! It may be a while before I replace them, I need to do the subframes and other suspension parts first. Am I right on the offset, 30mm or less? I have found a few wheels in 16 and 17 that have the smaller offset required for the 107.

Yes, offset should be about 30mm or less, personally I would go with about 20 mm to give the car a wider stance.

I will try to post some pics.
