Reinstalling seats
I removed the passenger side seat in my '85 380sl and also removed the spring that attaches to the bar that the seat rides on. I know now that I didn't have to remove the spring to remove the seat, but, now I have to find a way to reattach the spring.
The tension of the spring goes from the bar to a hole in the pan and it is a stretch. Has anyone had this experience or can give me an idea on how to reattach this spring.
Pictures can be taken and posted it that would help explain my problem
