WTB 1987-89 107 560SL

Light color exterior (whites, greys, silvers) with pretty much any interior but black. Must be all original paint and interior. No accidents, dash cracks, ripped tops, foggy plastic windows or cracked seats! Mileage under 80K. Must have service history. I will pay a premium for this car and am willing to pay a reasonable finders fee.

Wow. Quite a list of requirements - you are likely looking for a restored one, then. For this level of car, check the classifieds in the STAR magazine of the Mercedes Benz Club of America or their website. Avoid blue interior as ALL the dashboards cracked that were blue.

I found and purchased a very clean 1987 560SL with 50K miles with nearly every pieces of service history/ paperwork since new. Car was originally purchased at Calstar in California and stayed there until a few years ago when it was brought to Florida. I bought it from a fanatical third owner who is probably more neourotic than me!

Congrats. I was about to send you information on a local silver 560SL that is NOW for sale with just 20K on the odometer. WAY too nice for me. Immaculate. Good luck with this one!
