WTB R107 with 4 or 5 Speed manual
Absolutely love the R107 body style from my first, 1976 405sl and have wanted another with Euro Bumpers and with a manual transmission since I found out some were imported.
You would think living in San Diego it would not be so hard to find one but here I am looking for a well care for weekend driver.
I am not a flipper nor a retailer.
my email is roncadwell1@gmail.com
Thank you

Only two R107 models came from Mercedes with manual transmissions. The 350SL 107043 3.5L V/8 1971-1980. The 280SL 107042 I/6. 1974-1985. The 280SLs appear sometimes on EBay.
The only other R107s I have seen with a manual transmission are 107046 500SLs modified by AMG. Very rare.

All it takes is money!
Then the question would be to drive it or not?

I have seen that ad before months ago on benzworld. Very nice.
In my first response I forgot about the 107041 '86-'89 300SL. It also was produced with a 5 speed manual. Probably the rarest factory 107 manual trans.
