Will M-B in USA or in Germany provide production info...

I'm seeking to learn whether my R107 color combination is rare and, if possible, how many were built with the same colors. It's a 1974 450SL with Light Ivory body and wheel covers (code 623H) and the hardtop is Deep Blue (920H). Soft top and interior are also deep blue (no code on the build tag on the radiator housing). I was told by a retired independent mechanic (who was factory trained on the '74 r107) that it is rare. Of course that made me curious.

Has anyone had luck getting specific production data from M-B?

Thanks--I did get the data card reproduction yesterday from the US classics department (quite informative--the colors of body, tops and interior are all factory correct). Unfortunately, they told me they are unable to provide additional details...do you have a contact for more extensive production specifics? Is M-B HQ in Germany the only option?
Cheers,
Brad
