I would like to replace the speaker by my 560 sl, but by driver site are the two chrom screws from speaker cover under the kneeairbag and can not be removed. Can somebody help me how can I remove the kneeairbad cover ?

It does not have an air bag there. Look underneath. There are two holes which may have plugs that need to be removed. There is a 10 MM bolt in each hole. Loosen them and slide the bolster to the rear.
