I have a friend with a 1989 Mercedes Benz SL-560 Roadster/convertible. It has accessory hub cap centers that cover the bolt pattern on the wheels. The wheels are the stock heavy cast Mercedes aluminum wheels. Please see picture following.
My research with Mercedes Benz guru tell me this wheel center was a very common accessory at the time, but none of my contacts can locate the manufacture of the hub cap presently. I am in dire need of 2 hubcaps (see pictures).
Worst case scenario, if I can locate just the Mercedes Benz Tri-Start (has a 7mm x 1.0 stud on the backside) I can make the rest.
So in closing, can anyone help?
