Which spark plugs would you recommend for a 1976 450SL?

Don't know why he wanted a VIN. Plug recommendation? NGK BP5ES assuming it is a US model with cats..

Wrong. I have used the EPC for many years. I do not need the EPC or a VIN to recommend spark plugs for a '76 450SL.

NGK BP5ES are motorcycle plugs?
