My 82 380SL heat blower motor started to operate intermittently until today stopped working at any speed. I am thinking on replacing the motor myself but the important question is if anyone expertise knows if having the blower assembly pulled out off the car to rebuild does interact with the car ability to fire up and run normally. I needto know if meanwhile I have the blower repaired at home the car can be driven withoiut problems. thank you
