380sl Febi Chain Tensioner

Hi, went to my mechanic today and he changed the chain tensioner with the Febi part. Not sure if any of you have experience with this? Should I change to original Mercedes part or keep the Febi?

My mechanic said that he has used Febi products for many years and no issues, that Febi chain tensioner is as good as original MB parts.

please help!

I have the Febi tensioner in my 380 for almost 3 years, so far i have not experienced any problems, such as loss of residual pressure. I have put approx 6000 miles on the car since the chain/guide/tensioner job.
