'73 350SL
Broken Sway Bar End Link?
Hi everyone, this is my first post here so consider this my "unfortunate" introduction...

A few days ago, I was driving my '73 350SL when I heard a pop and saw smoke coming from the rear driver's side wheel well. Limped the car home and this is what I found (see attached photos)... Is this the sway bar end link? The fact that the rod that the broken piece is attached to goes through the frame is throwing me off. Thank you in advanced, and sorry about the large photos!
