SL/R107: electrical issues

1988 560sl
electrical issues
Hi, I just bought a 560sl, 1988. I have 2 what I believe are electrical problems. First one is the passenger door mirror does not operate, common solutions? Is there somewhere i can find the where the wires are and where they go?
Second the cruise control does not work, solutions?

I dont have any direct experience with the power mirror as mine has always worked. Cruise control failure is common and is almost always related to either bad solder joints or bad capacitors in the "amplifier" module. You can remove this and resolder the joints and replace the capacitors yourself if you are handy with a soldering iron. I did this with mine and it has worked fine ever since.
