Question regarding lighting

In process of changing bulbs on my 1972, just because it’s new to me and unsure when/if they were ever changed and have encountered an issue.

I noticed the dashboard lighting was out a few weeks ago and made a note to mess with that when I had time as removing the instrument panel takes some time I understand.

But, in addition to that I noticed my license plate light bulbs and rear side markers are not lighting with old or new bulbs.

I changed some fuses that were noticeably bad, although all other equipment in the car seems to be working fine. And I’ve ordered extra fuses to just change out the fuse panel with fresh fuses - again, not sure but some might be 53 year old originals. I thought I checked and changed any fuse that seems to be related to lights after translating my German language fuse panel. But no impact on those lights.

Since it’s a combination of dash/instrument cluster, rear side marker and license plate lights I’m still thinking it could be a fuse but wanted to ask here first. My hope is that it isn’t a wiring issue somewhere.

thank you
