No Keyless-Go, Thank You
I initially had Keyless-Go in an '05 E55. Now I have a new car on order, and I specifically deleted that option. The chiming (which starts immediately after you stop the engine -- but only if you started it "keylessly") is annoying. Also, it seemed the car's computer was fooled into thinking that a different key was in use depending on whether I used the key itself or the "keyless" feature to start the car -- meaning that the HVAC and seat position settings would be different. One time the car just shut down for no reason when stopped at a light, which the dealer told me happens if the car loses radio contact with the keyless key for some reason.
And, since I don't carry a purse, I need some place to put my keys when driving. The ignition seems like a fine place! And it costs $1,060.00 less.

MBWorld Fanatic!
The second day I had my car Keyless Go was a no-go and I had a friend drive me 20 miles home to get the regular key to be able to start the car. The comment from the dealership: "It does that sometimes (especially around airports, where I wasn't). You should always carry your regular key with you". That made this feature a lot less cool all of a sudden.
