Get rid of those GFG wheels get vellano get it 20 inch 20 by 9 and 20 by 11 IT would look awesome! I just ordered it directly from them. hehehe!

Back to the OP's original question, sounds to me like it could possibly be the IC pump on its way out. It's worth checking out at least.

Ok, Let me put it into prospective here. I feel I have one of the nicer (although pretty much stock except for wheels and tint) C55s around and I would kill for a SL55.

Absolutely could be the IC pump. It could be dead or producing well below proper flow rates. You SC might be running intermittently or not at all. An NA 55 is no fun.
