Took a look at a Mercedes Dealer in Hampstead, North London and saw this SL55, Brilliant Silver, Berry Red with multi-spoke and parktronic, no distronic. Don't know what else is on it but it's priced at £115k, call it $180k and is about 25% over list. There's also an SL500 with AMG body kit, same colors at £95k, $148k, also 25% over list.

So I guess it's not just in the US that the dealers charge over MSRP for immediate delivery.
