SL55 Detail info starting to show up on the MBUSA website!
Even though not accessible via the menu system, the SL55 links are being build. Prices and descriptions are not there yet, but the "build your own" site works and shows color choices, options and accessories.
Try this link; I believe that you'll see more content being added over the upcoming days...

I have to say I am dissappointed in the interior choices...
What about this Graphite ext..is that a new color or a rename??
Sucks that it is only available with black on black interior...
Some of the recent pictures of the Ash interior shows a black steering wheel and instrument hood...don't like it so much...I would want black and ash combo like the berry red combo...but no such luck...
Ahhh...just went to the second page...designo graphite has graphite interior...

The content on the site is definitely not ready for primetime. It's also not public yet, but its helpful when seeing the color combos & options.
The base price is obviously a dummy price. When I actually received a print-out of the configuration of my actual SL55 order from their internal system, the base price showed $777,777.
I was told that this is what Mercedes uses as the pre-release dummy price (even though the web amount is different).
