Going from 285mm to 305mm, is it worth it?

I was thinking of throwing 20X11's with 305mm wide tires in the rear. Is this going to make a big difference (performance/traction) or am I going to F up the suspension/handling of the car. Anyone with 305s in the rear, does it really make a big difference? Thanx

I never had any problems, although if you are going to 20's from a smaller size you will feel the difference in road feel. Candidly, I think it's more of a cosmetic enhancement than anything else. That having been said, more rubber under the back end can't be a bad thing and I wouldn't go any other way.
