when you post a message, look at the bottom. you will see the button, "manage attachements". once you click on it, it will allow you to "browse" for a file located on your computer. Find the file, click "upload" wait until you file shows up...click "done". However, remember, your pic can't be too big! It will give you an error message, if so.
