Quite possibly the most ridiculous thing I've ever seen! If I'm ever in the area, I'd pay enormous amounts of money to go for a ride. I like your accent too. Where did you grow up? Just unreal. 1100ish horsepower. I'm just so in love with the whole thing! I can understand a S/C pulley and ECU flash and maybe exhaust, but this aint no AMG, it's a super car! 1100hp. Twin turbos. I'm in love!

Hope you make it up for this year.
Funny that you should mention you are from Croatia. Just got back from vacation in Croatia (and other destinations in Europe). Great country, very friendly people. Although the 'Croatian style bacon' (raw bacon) was not my first choice of dishes.
Fantastic Ford GT. Would love to see more videos.

Joe,
Awesome car, but isn't it a little crazy to be punching the car with (I am assuming) standard radials?
At the very least, you should have drag radials. It would have been devastating had your car rolled at the track or spun out of control on the street.
The World street finals will be held in Orlando on Oct 27-29th. The fastest/quickest "street" cars from across the nation will be here. There will be everything from 6-second/200MPH 10-inch tire cars as well as a handful of 7-8 second drag radial screamers.

You should show up as I am sure you will be the only Ford GT there. Good luck on your upgrades and be safe

no street tires.. it hold all of the 1012 rwhp in second gear with hoosier r6 tires..
yes those were IMV guys who made the video ..
and yes i had a kleeman but got out of it before i lost some more money.. i finallysold it inmarch i think of 06 for 129 ... it was way too expensive to keep on upgrading..,.. on the GT i got 1012 RWHp on stock motor and paid approx 30k for upgrade..
i really like the car .. it is very street friendly and smooth because of long gears. however the drawback is that becuase the gears are so long is takes sweat to get out of a hole like at the dragstrip.. from a roll 40 mph or 50 mph or even 60 mph .. the car is a beast..
the busas i ran were built 1397 busas with approx 225-250 rwhp on each motorcycle.. the took me by 4-5 carlenghts when they cut off at 195. mph
however a stock zx14r kawasaki or a stock yamaha r1 / (2006) i can take by 4-5 carlenghts from a roll of 40 or 60 mph
definately adrenalizing..
current toip speed is 230mph or 220 with a 1000 rpm to go..

Well holding within 3 carlengths of a built busa like that is still quite the achievement. You ought to try an enzo or something similar when you get a chance. I assumed if you were at a roll and punched it he would disappear quite quickly.

Ohh, I'll be taking you up. I should be driving to memphis sometime in the next few months instead of the normal flight. I should be in my S55, or maybe the M6/CLK63 cab I've been contemplating. I'll give you a go.

Joe,
.
i am surprised that the busas were faster than you with "only" 225 to 250 hp ..
.
i have a busa and i would have thought for sure that you could outrun them.. .. when you bump up your horsepower, i know some big HP busa that would like to play.. but my money is on you..
.
IMV does some cool stuff...
.
if you are with the car at SEMA, i will stop by and visit.. it would be fun for you to meet Alex (VRAlexander - 6speedonline) when you are there..
.
i took the liberty of posting your vid on www.6speedonline.com

be safe and have fun..

Your car is soooo unfair! You have my ultimate street car. I can so relate to that guy in the vid who bought a Ford GT TT immediatly after being in yours. Oh man, its just incredible. And for 30k in mods, that is even more amazing. Words just can't describe how insane your car is. Thanks for sharing the video! Please make more vids!!!

6 speeed online is cool... by sema i think it will be a surprise HEHEH just a bit more power..... yeah i think the busa i ran was more than anything quick out of the beggining ( 60 MPH ROLL) and it took me a while to come close to it to pass it since the rider shut off at 190 i do believe that my speed was higher getting there.. no succesfull 1/4 mile time yet with turbos .. but i believe it is mid 9's at 153-158 car ( RIGHT NOW) i expect better numbers with something like 350 more rwhp..maybe even 175's
