I have never heard of them. Here's their web site
http://www.zenetti.com/html/2006/index_full.php

It looks like alot of 'bling, bling', rather than performance.

2005 SL55
Esthetics drive the desire for new rims. I like some of the twin spoke AMG wheels, but do not like the $6000 price tag. I am interested in comments on "performance", but rigidity, weight and other similar concerns are probably not significant to my decision. Maybe I need a better education on this topic?

I think this is a pretty nice looking wheel (though I would looked for a brushed finish, as opposed to a polished/shiny/chrome):

I would welcome recommendations about similar styles, and was specifically looking for comments on finish and manufacturing quality from this manufacturer or others.

Thanks,
Claudio

zennitis are very CHEAP wheels that will crack and the chrome will peel. Don't put those on you SL55.

look at HRE or iForged

I had a set of Zenetti's. The chrome peeled right off the wheel. Exchanged them for a new set which also had problems with the finish. Spoke to others with zenetti and they also complained of problems....even the non-chrome ones had finish problems. That was over 2 years ago. Maybe they have improved...maybe not. If you want a good wheel without spending a lot, MRR Design wheels are a very good quality one piece cast wheel. Highest quality casting process available. Also try www.sevaswheels.com
Look at how many benzes and lexus are pictured on the site. I have a set on my G35. I was very pleasantly surprised at how light they are for cast wheels. I love mine...just as much as the Maya's on my other car.

My Asanti wheels are top notch, taken a good amount of abuse and still strong

I have the AMG multi piece split spoke wheels (SL65/SL55 030), and they have been great. I paid $4500 for wheels AND tires, and then sold the OEMs for $1500. If you figure the PS2's were $1000, the wheel price was $3500 minus the $1500 I got for the OEMs...I paid $2K for a set of OEM AMG wheels...so forget the $6K price tag for wheels only.
