2010 s550, 07g500
tire life

i have an 06 sl55 the rear tires are bald at 10k miles

i had them inflated to 35psi as directed on gas cap

the dealer says this is normal but they say psi is to highconfused

any feedback

10k miles is just about normal on high perf. tires.

For myself, that is a LOT of mileage on a true "Hi-Performance" Street/Race tire.

My Hayabusa has 10K on the clock and is on it's 4th rear tire.......and 2nd front.............

If my -55 Gives me 10-12K, I will not complain...........It Is What It Is, IMO.

Why do you keep calling it -55?

You aren't talking about all cars that have the 55 engine in it, you are talking about yours specifically, and your is an SL55.
