hi guys,wonder if you can help,i want to fit a sl65 or performance package front bumper to my sl55 as i just love the look,any ideas of cost and what i have to order,im sure there was a thread on this subject some monthes back,anyone help me please.Is the sl65 bumper the same as p/pack w030 bumper i think you guys call it fender,any help would be appreciated,secondly as anyone yet fitted the alcantera/leather paddle operated wheel yet to the earlier cars,again i have asked this before but no real response.

I had that front bumper and grille installed on my 04 SL 55. I believe it is the same as the 030 package bumper. Call Motorwerks (248-668-6793) for pricing and info. Don't order the wrong stuff which is easy to do and indeed has been done before by others on this forum. When mine was done 4 months ago approx. they had to keep ordering stuff from Germany to get the correct fit. There are sensors and things like that in the new bumper that are not in the same place in the stock bumper; so make sure you do your homework and have knowledge of the switch.
