Thanks to All....Bought my SL55
I bought my SL55 today. Now just waiting for it to be shipped.
Just wanted to give a big thank you to everyone who answered my questions and gave me input. Your information and opinions helped me out tremedously.

I think it was a fair deal for both sides. I got the exact car I wanted for a little more than I wanted to pay and the seller moved it off his lot for a little less than he wanted to sell it for.
I did get an extended warranty and free delivery (halfway across the country) included in my price.

05 SL 55 AMG, 01 Turbusa/8.43 @ 183..1/4 mi.
A combination.....this was the ONLY 2006 i saw with the black nappa leather instead of the charcoal...so it was this one or wait until the pre-owned '07s got cheaper.
