Will 2006 CL65 staggered OEM wheels & tires fit my 2004 SL55?

As far as I know, CL65 or S65 wheels will NOT fit on your SL cos CL/S65 wheels have different offset. Hope that helps

There are many eBay sellers stating that CL/S65 wheels will fit the SL55... just wanted to confirm right or wrong.

the CL wheels are both taller (by an inch or more) and narrower than the ones in the SL. You can swap CLS or E wheels/tires with the SL, but that is about it.

I have said it before and will say it again. It is ridiculous that the S/CL do not have a wider/sportier tire package, at least for their AMGs and V12 sport package

Those ebay sellers are wrong about the fitment of CL/S 65 wheels on an SL. Trust me on this, do NOT buy the CL/S65 wheels if you want to put them on your SL.

I took the two piece AMG wheels off my 06 S55 before i sold it, and put them on the SL55 with no problems. You will have to buy proper tires for them, the sidewall is too large on CL/SL wheels. I think they are too heavy, and make the car handle like crap though, thats why i took them off. Just what i know from experience.
