I cecked their site and they want $500 per corner. You can get OEM ones for $110/corner. Unless I was going to a bigger brake set up OEM is fine

The evosport brakes are a major improvement over stock (unless you're 030).
They are composite, they weight about half as each OEM rotor per corner, and they can be cross drilled, slotted, or both.
They had a group buy for the E55's and it was quite successful, people are in love with them.
I do not have the evosport rotors, but I do know that the rotors themselves are very high quality. You'll find a very similair design sold by Euroteck Motorsports for the Viper.

If the Evosport rotors are 1/2 the weight, that would be great. When I replaced my fronts with OEMs they must have weighed 50+ pounds each! The reduction in unsprung weight would be great!

It has been my experience that for every pound you can get off of "Rolling-Mass" it is like losing 7-9 lbs in overall weight........
Circular/rotating-mass creates gyroscopic force at speed that impeeds directional changes and acceleration/braking............
The less the better, IMO..............

DSC from the E55 forum measured a 34 pound reduction switching from stock rotors to the Evosport rotors: https://mbworld.org/forums/showthrea...vosport+rotors.
I would buy a set tomorrow if they were 1/2 the weight............as IngenereAMG just said, "The reduction in unsprung weight would be great!"
