Exclamation 2005 SL55 AMG Question...HELP!?!

OK, this is my first post.
I just bought a 2005 SL55 AMG and am having serious problems with the Mercedes dealership I bought it from. This isn't my first Mercedes, yet this is the first one I've purchased from this dealership. I dropped the car off at the service department (as they didn't get it right the first time). Well, yesterday when I went to pick it up, they had managed to fix the original problems however the car now has a chip out of the front windshield and a long scratch on the inside (passenger side) of the windshield. All my settings have been changed, the radio stations been changed and there are 15 extra miles on the speedometer. You would think the dealership would be bending over backwards to at least fix the windshield they've damaged! Instead they are trying to bully me and can't understand why I'm "so upset." In fact the management won't call me back. The first thing they did was tell me that they needed to drive 15 miles to reset the TIRE PRESSURE MONITOR
I'm trying to find out if this is true?
2nd.
Any advice how an under 30 female can make any headway with this dealership from hell?
Sorry about the rant, I'm just incredulous over how badly this Mercedes dealership has treated me!

yes it is true, to reset the TPMS system, you have to drive 15 miles if not more unless they had the serial numbers off each wheel sensor which they can enter manually using the dealership computer system. I seriously doubt they had the serial numbers though.

Dealerships and SL55 Issues

Yes, the mileage they put on is normal.
15 miles is not a major issue. If they disconnected the battery
all the settings may have changed back to default.

Inside windshield scratch. Sounds like someone who washed it had
a rock/debris in the rag. I have found that getting mad at the dealer
is counter productive. The trick is to keep your cool. Just dont take no for an answer. Take it up the chain of command. You bought it there ?
Get the sales guy and the service advisor together. They want your service business. Let them know you will go elsewhere. Let them know your not happy. But avoid making a scene and getting abusive. Then they will blow you off for sure.

Where are you located ?
Maybe we can find someone who has some contacts at your dealership.

Welcome to the forum. It's a great car and if you're like the rest of us, you're going to love it!

Sorry to hear about the bad service experience. You've gotten some good advice above. Good luck!
