Chirp noise with 2004 SL55
Hi guys I'm a newbie here. I bought a 2004 SL55 about 4 months ago. I here this annoying chirp noise sometimes during acceleration. Anybody else has similar problems?

The dreaded supercharger clutch chirp. Most pre 2006 55 engines have it and the only cure is to have the cluch upgraded to the 2006 clutch.

I consider the 'chirp' a feature not a bug. Makes you aware of some motor management decisions which might help you later on down the road.
