Just got a SL55 2003 with KeylessGo last week, however I did not get the keylessgo cards. They claim to be broken or lost. I purchased a replacement card, and I wanted to know how I can reset the KeylessGo card registrations on the Vehicle so that the old KeylessGo CARD will not work any more. (2003 are cards only as I hear).

You are correct that 2003 has the card system. You cannot reset the system yourself. A factory star diagnose system is required to allocate the new card to either slot 1 or slot 2 of the system.

Any one with a STAR diagnosis can do this, it has to be plugged in and left for ½ an hour

I don't think you want to purchase a SDS system (more than 15k) to program your key. Visit the dealer.
