He curently has a fair number of mods. I am waiting for the entire list, as well as his dynos......but in short, we are going to see where he is at, and try to optimize his setup to give him the best performance possible.

Just trying to decide what to do next, if anything. An oversize pulley is a fairly obvious choice and should enable me to drop another 0.2 or so. But it's a long way from 11.9 to 11.5 which is why I was curious about your plan.
