Think about it, how much damage can you actually inflict. He said that the SL only had 20K. You use damn near 8K just to break the car in, Lease or no lease with a clean title and a good carfax report i'd buy the damn car with only 20K. Its A German car not an american tin can with more plastic than a little bit on the inside of it, LOL. Just buy an extended warranty for about $3,500 to $4,000 and be done with it. Your miles will be good but the timeline in the warranty will be expired based off of the inservice date of the SL.

I think most leases are fine.
When some of you say you beat the **** out of the car...what does that really mean? Redlining it a few times is nothing.
If you did any real damage they would have docked you $$$ for it. I think most leases are fine....if I leased I would be treating the car pristinely because those appraisers are looking to nail you once that car is turned in.

Hello everyone!
Still far from driving an SL at this point of my life, but came across this post.
Did OP mentioned a corporate lease vehicle?
All I can say, I have more bad days last couple of years working like a slave in corporate.

yikes save us!!!!!!!!!!!
any way you could start leasing high end american crap? youd get more bang for your buck cause you would probably be able to litterally blow the thing up and who knows mayby even have a roadside car fire which has a enormous entertainment value to those that are fortunate enough to watch you do it.i would also advise you to get involved in a sport that takes you to the edge where you would personally be the one with nothing left but the memory of giving it everything you had.you destructive types are board and missing a true adrenalin rush. bones
